奈良の冬イベント Winter Attractions at Nara, Japan

大仏殿と二月堂がくっきり見える絶妙の眺望ポイントから。
Annual burning of Mt.Wakakusayama, east part of Nara city shows very attractive night scene of landscape including Todaiji and Kofukuji.

 こちらは節分の次の二月の大イベントなら瑠璃絵。
奈良の夜といえば京都と違って地味で遊ぶところがない、との印象が一般的かもしれませんが実は年間通じて様々な祭事、イベントが多く夜こそ奈良ならではの楽しみ方があろうかと。

Nara after dark used to be completely deer’s world with silence.
Nowadays many night attractions besides events arranged by temples and shrines are very active.
Nara Rurie between Feb.8th and Feb.14th is one of the night attractions you should not miss.
